I had Neptune's Plumbing replace my water heater, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Isaac was friendly, honest, and arrived right on time. He explained the replacement process in simple terms, answered all of my questions, and completed the installation efficiently and professionally. Isaac was reliable, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. I especially appreciated how clean he left the work area and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. Highly recommend Neptune's Plumbing for anyone needing a water heater replacement!

Issac is great. He takes his time and does it right. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. He replaced my kitchen faucet, put in a laundry room sink, changed two outdoor faucets, and replaced my main in house water cutoff/pressure valve.

I highly highly recommend Isaac! He is very thorough, explains things clearly and simply, and, most importantly, does things at a very fair price with no upselling pressure. He suggested a couple of things, but honestly told me that they were beneficial but not critical. That said, he explained the pros and cons in a very plain, understandable manner (I know zero about plumbing), so I decided to proceed with the additional work. The price was fair, and he gave me a discount because I was bundling a few things in one visit. He also wore shoe covers and covered the floor and stairs with a cloth so he would not cause any mess or damage. I appreciate supporting small businesses, and if you want to support one that acts with integrity and professionalism, call Isaac. He’s the real deal.
