I've owned properties all over the world and as a property owner you dream of being able to work with people like Isaac the owner of Neptune Plumbing.
I had reached out after replacing the broken cartridge on a tub valve which continued to produce a leak. While we had originally agreed for Isaac to replace the entire valve, a much more lucrative job for him, he arrived promptly and took the time to inspect the cartridge I had replaced. Confirmed that it was the correct model but cautioned that sometimes these are defective even when new.
He then used one of his own new cartridges and the leak disappeared. This cut the entire job down by 70% for him in terms of revenue and he absolutely did not have to do that. He could have easily strung me along like millions of other contractors out there but he didn't because his default is a straight forward and honest assessment of the problem with the most cost effective solution.
I am so impressed with this young man. I cannot tell you. He has won our business for life.
